The Marque at Heritage Hunt is a luxury apartment community located in Gainesville, VA. And let us be the first to tell you…we are not your typical apartment community! Our residents choose from 32 different floor plans - 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms – on 4 floors. We are a moderate sized community for the Gainesville area with just under 200 units available for lease. We have elevators and mailboxes on both wings of our beautiful building and plenty of parking at the front and side lots. We also offer covered parking and underground garage parking for a small monthly fee. We are a controlled access entry building meaning that all residents have a key card allowing access to all of the entryways. Visitors can be buzzed in at the residents discretion. We offer 2 fully equipped guest suites and a 2 bedroom “family suite” for out of town visitors or overnight guests for a nominal fee.
The Marque has over 20 resident-run clubs and organizations that allow you to fill your social calendar if you so choose. Our excellent staff frequently plans various holiday celebrations and impromptu get togethers for the residents. We enjoy monthly resident birthday parties, the occasional happy hour and summer bar-be-ques to name a few!! We have a weekly grocery shuttle that takes residents to our local grocery stores, pharmacies and other short errands. Our amenities continue with an on-site hair stylist, massage therapist and esthetician – all available by appointment. We truly are a “virtual cruise ship on land!”
Our residents are an involved and active addition to the Gainesville/Haymarket area -we support many local businesses and host a number of community events throughout the year, including ”A Taste of Gainesville,” our annual farmer’s market, local history presentations, life screening health events and so much more! We are yearly sponsors of our local football team and cheerleading squad - The Gainesville Grizzlies – and we proudly host their end of the year gala – with many a grandson or granddaughter on the team… and many a proud grandparent on the bleachers throughout the season!!
