To whom it may concern:
We are writing this letter to commend the management of The Marque for doing an exemplary job. As previous residents, we were always treated more like guests in a premium hotel than residents of an apartment complex. Roberta, Pat, Jeanette and Suzanne always answered our questions professionally, and frequently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. It has to be difficult to please such a vast number of tenants all the time.
In many situations people may only take the time to send negative comments, but we felt it important to say thank you to the staff for making our time at The Marque such a positive experience. And, to point out that whenever we had a question or issue (maintenance), we always received courteous and prompt responses. We wanted to take the time to praise the management team, and the support staff. The maintenance crew was always prompt, friendly and professional. So, a special thanks to Richard, Edgar and Jesus. The owners of The Marque should be proud of their most valuable asset- the staff that represent the establishment, and do so with professionalism and care. This is, perhaps the most impressive amenity The Marque offers their residents.
