A Few Wonderful Words of Praise from Former Residents

To whom it may concern:

We are writing this letter to commend the management of The Marque for doing an exemplary job. As previous residents, we were always treated more like guests in a premium hotel than residents of an apartment complex. Roberta, Pat, Jeanette and Suzanne always answered our questions professionally, and frequently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. It has to be difficult to please such a vast number of tenants all the time.

In many situations people may only take the time to send negative comments, but we felt it important to say thank you to the staff for making our time at The Marque such a positive experience. And, to point out that whenever we had a question or issue (maintenance), we always received courteous and prompt responses. We wanted to take the time to praise the management team, and the support staff. The maintenance crew was always prompt, friendly and professional. So, a special thanks to Richard, Edgar and Jesus.  The owners of The Marque should be proud of their most valuable asset- the staff that represent the establishment, and do so with professionalism and care. This is, perhaps the most impressive amenity The Marque offers their residents.

MEMORIAL DAY PUTT-PUTT COMPETITION-ROUND 2 SCHEDULED FOR LABOR DAY

Residents helped kick off the start of the summer season with a Memorial Day BBQ, Pool Opening Celebration and Putt-Putt Tournament.  A great time was had by all!  Such a great time that we are planning a second Putt-Putt Tournament on Labor Day.  A real face off!  Residents will enjoy golf, some delicious BBQ from Uncle Fred’s BBQ Shack and a final swim in the pool for the season!

FARMER’S MARKET AT THE MARQUE

Our Farmer’s Market has been up and running all summer and has been a great success!  Many wonderful local vendors are selling produce, baked goods and crafts to our community here in Gainesville.  Open from May through October, Thursdays from 2 -6 PM.  Vendors include:  Wild Mountain Honey, The Pretz Pit & Cake Company, Hawk’s Farm Produce, Uncle Fred’s BBQ Shack, Angel Creations Jewelry, Margaret O’Neils Spice Rubsm Herbs and Dips, Hondo Coffee and much, much more. We hope you have had a chance to enjoy the local offering so far and will continue to stop in as fall produce will be on its way…fresh apples, pumpkins and squashes!  It is our pleasure to support these local farmer!
